Did you sign the Rithmic user agreements when you activated the paper account?? The login credentials will not work if you have not.

Sorry - I wish I could have helped on this one.

FWIW: Rithmic goes down on the weekend for maintenance, so you might want to avoid trouble shooting on the weekend to avoid any further frustration.

I used the Rithmic 14 day free trial paper account a few months ago and it worked fine. I now have Rithmic live on multiple accounts.
