How to change candle start times

Some instruments such as Bonds (ZB UB TN etc...) open at 8:20AM ET. Motivewave has the correct RTH time by default, and the TPO charts start each 30min period at :20 and :50 of each hour which is perfect. But how can I get regular candles to also do this. I want 30m candles to start at :20 and :50. CQG platforms do this by default for all instruments who don't start at the top or bottom of the hour. Is there a way to change it in Motivewave?

Take a look at the instrument "Intraday Bar" settings. Change the default to your preferred start time.
