Your 'solution' won't work, as MW uses different libraries, a different code base than Tradingview.
For Tradingview Indicators to work on MW, you would need to 'translate' them (or have them translated by a coder) into code that MW can understand, namely code that is listed here:

There some excellent tutorials by users how to set up the SDK if that's your thing.. Else there also some good programers on the forum who could help in case you need some specialty... (i'm not a dev for hire, but working my way to get better in creating indi's with help of the forum here..)
