Is there a way to disable chart advancing / progressing forward with candle closes?

I had a quick question - is there a way to disable chart progression forward with as candles close? Thank you for the help.

I got you because this bothered me like crazy when I first started using motivewave. Double click on the chart and then go to scaling and uncheck "ticks from edge"
