Issues accessing SPX on MotiveWave w/ Tradier Data

Having errors trying to get SPX or SPXW to load on MotiveWave and my trail period just ended.

Spoke to Tradier Support and they said the issue is with MotiveWave.

Not sure if anyone has had this problem or knows whats going on.

Anyone know how to access VIX on MotiveWave? Can't believe this is a real bug...

It seems like you don't have the instrument setup in MW, it will not load without a instrument setup.

Doing a lot of deep dive research late at night has led me to believe that Tradier might actually be the cultrip because it isn't sending Index data to Motivewave.

I'll get in touch with them to see what could be the issue.

On a side note MrSharky, since you know more about MW than I, do you know if there is a way to show historical POC/VAH/VAL on the volume profile? Like... can I see yesterdays VAH/VAL on the 5min timeframe for say... META?

If you setup the chart to show the 5 min volume profile you should see the historical POC/VAH//VAL for as many 5 min instances as you set up in the settings.

Is that Volume Instinct? I don't believe that study is available in the free version of MW 6.9.12.

Yes, its a volume imprint and I don't think that's available in the free version.

I downgraded from MW 7 as it was too buggy for me to use on my system; I realized that I don't have access to drawing templates for Fibs or trendlines either ;(
