Let's keep making the DOM better

Great job on the last update MotiveWave. I have a request that shouldn't be too outlandish. Can we have an option in the DOM for the volume profile and delta profile to reset at custom intervals (like 5min, 15min etc) or analyze visible bars only? That would be extremely helpful and on par with what some other DOMs out there do.

Also if we can have the P/L in the Orders Column and make it optional so there's less DOM real estate.
And LTQ shown in Volume column as an option instead of the price column?

It would also be great to have a "show histogram" option for bid delta and ask delta, like they have in Sierra.
