I have had the Ultimate Edition for over a year and I logged in this morning and now my scanner features is gone, along with auto analyze and a few other features.
I emailed support and I got an auto reply that I am on the community edition!! I have not changed any settings and I am charged every month for this service! What in the World is going on!!!

Hi Jason, your lease payment failed so you did get switched to the Community Edition when your current lease cycle expired. Sales has emailed you.
