Does anyone have suggestions for the error below "market Data Connection Not Available"? I already set up the Rithmic feed for my workspace and tested the connection in MotiveWave. However when I open the workspace I get the error below.
You would have to check with your broker to make sure that your Rithmic feed is setup to allow MotiveWave. If the correct permissions are not set up on their end then you will not be able to connect.
I had the exact same issue with AMP Futures when I switched from CQG to Rithmic. I solved it by NOT choosing R | Trader Gateway as my market data, but instead choosing either Aggregated or Non-Aggregated for the market data choice. Not sure why R | Trader Gateway doesn't work.
