Mobile App

So three times in the past week, I have tried to open the mobile app, and it only shows a blank black screen. in the past, if I left the black screen on the app would populate within a couple minutes, but it doesn’t do that anymore.

It’s extra annoying since I have to redo and create templates again since the mobile app and save anything on cloud or on device

Anyone else experience this or found a way to save templates for the mobile app? It would be great to save. DOM, chart, and time in sale templates and or settings

I have experienced that. I only use Cloud Levels study. When there are many of the levels to load and show it seems the application was running out of memory resulting a black screen, after cutting the number of levels it started to work.

Mostly notices the last time that I had the heat map going and tried adjusting for more look back so I completely left out the heat map this time around not sure why it would be running out of memory. My phone has a lot of memory nice feature if we could specify how much to use.

In my view, the mobile application should be used as a back up only to manage trades. I'm surprised the MW went through a lengthy development to fit so many studies in it. I believe they never had intention to replace the desktop app. If I'm on the road, I would rather use a Mac air 13" with iPhone for connection. The idea of using iPhone or iPad for trading is intriguing but not practical for me.

Anyone have a suggestion for which symbol to use for ES in the cloud levels csv for mobile app? "ES" works just fine in the csv for desktop cloud levels, but the mobile app returns the error "No matching symbol: ES". I tried "ESU4" in the csv and get the same error.

For cloud notes, can you not use the continuous “ES” contract for cloud? The majority of cloud notes that I have used are mostly from spot gamma, but I want to create my own trying to figure out a way how to automate and or plot initial balance and initial balance extensions. That’s even possible as well as key levels from micro and macro structure.
