What's the most useful studies that have helped you with your trading?

I've found the most success with volume profile, vwap, big trades, OHLC (to plot levels of interest), order heatmap, EMAs, better volume, and volume imprint, (to see delta per candle and/or set up a footprint chart to see imbalances).

Any studies in MW7 (within the order flow edition) that has helped you the most or ones that people should know about that are hidden gems?

If you want to last in the Futures game — especially if you’re tired of scalping and gambling — you need to look beyond futures.
Trading like a pro means focusing on the underlying assets, options volume and open interest, and ETF flows.
You can also rely on very simple strategies, similar to long-only hedge funds, for a more relaxed swing-trading approach.
Futures alone don’t tell the full story. Tools like VWAP, big trade prints and CVD are useful as levels and signs of big players and market makers hedging activity, but need a broader contextual analysis.
