Go to your "Accounts" page (Bottom of the screen usually) and in the middle pane there will be an "Orders" tab.
Click on this button anytime you think MW & R-Trader Pro get out of sync and this will fix it.
Word of caution: Many times when doing this, it will play an audible sound like you just entered a trade. Don't let that scare you into thinking a new trade was opened up, it is just an odd quirk that happens.
