Here's another indicator, this one has the following features:

Overlay higher timeframe bars directly on your chart.

Perfectly Scaled Overlays: See your chosen timeframe bars scale correctly and automatically over your current chart.

Multi candle style: Choose Candlesticks, OHLC bars, or smoothed Heiken Ashi.

I like the advanced version with the candles on the right side!
Is the "look" of the generated HTF candles comparable to the built in "flat" candle style of MW?
Is this already working for the beta of MW7?

Hi, yes the candles are quite similar to the "flat" style, there are options for outline and fill color.

You can also use OHLC bars or Heiken Ashi bars.

I haven't tested extensively in v7, all my indicators were made and tested in 6.9, that said, loaded into v7 in Parallels on Mac and so far it seems to be fine, the attached screenshot is from v7.

I will be updating and testing v7 in future as I start to use it more.

I'll definitely look into it, need to think about implementing the mix of time based vs price based bars on the same chart.

Got the advanced version for support. I usually use Hybrid Renko as main chart and tried to add higher timeframe as time based but looks like no bars are printed. If I add the study on time based chart it does work. Is it an issue on my side or the study is not supported on Hybrid Renko charts?

Ok that is a use case I hadn't considered, overlaying the same time frame as the chart - the idea was to use higher timeframe overlays. Can you explain why you want to overlay the same timeframe? Different bar types?

I can add a manual offset that will let you line up the bars more closely, but since MW is not reporting absolute pixel values of the internal candles it may not line up 100%

Adding that feature would be great, I used the same timeframe just to make it easy to see what I am referring too. I would ideally like to use this with a 1min chart overlayed with a 5min chart. If I could shift the overlay over just a bit the overall look would make more sense to me. It’s a bit confusing to look at. - with the manual shift I would change the outline color to distinguish the wicks that would end up on top of each other
