Need help " Issue with orderflow tools , Chart Access Despite Active Subscription"

Can someone please explain how this works? I paid for a subscription and now I need help, but I’m not getting any response from support. It’s really disappointing because the product itself is good, I’ve tried multiple platforms, and this one stands out, but the customer support is lacking. It’s been days with no reply.

Are you sure you have an active subscription? If you go to Help > About MW what does it say next to "Edition"?

I purchased a 1-month plan on March 23, and it should still be active. However, I’m currently seeing a message asking me to upgrade, as if I don’t have an active subscription.

I’ve already tried logging out and back in, refreshing the app, and checking my account, but the issue is still there.
