Sharing this in case anyone else experiences this issue.
I have a CQG data feed with Interactive Brokers for execution.
Issue:
When placing an order for HSI futures, I was receiving the error shown below
Solution:
The instrument for Interactive Brokers was set to USD. Setting to HKD resolved the error.
