Optimum hardware specs for Motivewave

When running Motivewave on a Windows operating system, what are the hardware parameters that most directly affect performance?

Similarly, are there hardware factors that do not influence performance (i.e. number of threads/CPU) because of other gating factors?

Generally speaking, for a Windows OS, try to think of the logic behind it. An older OS such as Windows 7 has fewer lines of code than say Windows 10 or 11 and possibly better functionality and overall performance given a static processor and amount of ram. Windows 7 or 8.1 with 8 GB ram and a 2.4 GHz processor should give excellent performance with MW. Even 4 GB ram @ 2.4 GHz processor with an older OS will yield excellent results.
