Request for Working Version of MotiveWave Without Additional Cost

Hello,

I am writing to address an issue with the version of MotiveWave I currently have under my license. My setup is as follows:

• System: Mac Studio (2023)
• Chip: Apple M2 Max
• Memory: 64 GB
• Startup Disk: Macintosh HD
• Serial Number: N2W7PM9YR2
• Operating System: macOS Sonoma 14.5

The version I have, which is the last available under my license, is not compatible with Interactive Brokers (TWS). I have received an email suggesting that I need to purchase the latest version to regain functionality.

I do not wish to pay for a new version just to get the software working again. I believe it is unreasonable to expect users to pay for an upgrade when the current version fails to function properly. I would like to request a working version of MotiveWave that is compatible with my setup without any additional cost.
