Rhithmic Data look back more than a year

Attempted to get 2 year lookback. Extended data is checked. Manual input of 500d or 720d does nothing. Login is set to non aggregate. Am I missing a simple setting? Prefer to use a 4 - 5 year history for daily and weekly.

weird; so I guess trying to set to 500d changed the bar to a 500d bar. data goes back to 2004.

found some default settings for candle chart in the bottom right corner. how do manual adjust to 500d or other?

so, I've been using motive wave for imprint and Dom the past 5 months and it's been fantastic and still is, have some top and volume profile charts setup; the initial balance extensions don't work as intended "25" which I assume is 25% of the 2 period 30m - 1h. not sure what I'm doing wrong here.

I have a 3 chart grid; daily, 1h, and 1m. can't draw a price level on one chart and does not show up on others. also cannot edit the name of "horizontal line"

regards to the 3 chart grid d/1h/1m;
no matter how much I try to save workspace, chart settings, defaults, most things get reset either upon saving or re-opening a backup. having a hard time. saved all, saved chart, saved default for few studies that are on. about the only thing now that does not reset is the chart itself and somehow got the scaling to save.
