Does anybody know how to fix this rolling screen?

go to chart settings -> scaling -> scale type: auto scale

Hi,

If you intend on keeping Price Range as your Scale Type then you can turn off Ticks From Edge and that should do it. As mentioned by igor.s, that can be done by right clicking on the chart and then selecting Chart Settings > Scaling.
