RTH for futures colouring

Hello,

Is there a way I can look at the chart with regular trading hours with a different background colour. This helps to see the RTH, ETH price action differently.

I do not believe there is a way to do this (Is there is, I would like to know myself).

Apologies if you already know this, but there is a way to differentiate the sessions with a vertical bar you can customize. This will at least give you some visual separation.

Thanks for the help!! This works. Yeah, it would be nice if we can shade the background that way it is easy to identify RTH. Let's hope in future versions we do see this feature.

Try: Add Study > Overlays > Time Frame.

You can specify a block with start and end time and a fill color.

I haven't played with all the options, but it works for having the background between certain times each day a different color.
