SOLVED Alert won't produce any sound

Alert do trigger ibut no sound comes out. I am using windows 10. All other apps trigger sound on my pc. Motivewave is listed in the app volume and is configure to output the sound to the the same output has other apps. Even when I configure the alert, the play test option output the sound i created or any sound available in the default list. But the alert itself when touche does not trigger the sound. It only show the alert icon on the chart. Any one having the same problem.

All alerts are working for me on Windows 10 and latest MW, make sure all your settings in preferences etc. are enabled, otherwise likely a windows issue??

Hello Andgoodwi,

I had everything setup except the preference sound tab. I had initially deactivated all sounds months ago. I did not notice its existence ever since. I always found myself not working hard enough with this platform... Work like a charm now.
