Stacked Imbalance printing reverse lines in Volume Imprint

Using Volume Imprint (Bid/Ask) I am trying to find stacked imbalances.

My understanding (reading the footprint literature) is - A sell imbalance (3 more more stacked imbalance) should create a resistance next time the price approaches it. And vice-versa for a buy imbalance.

But for some reason I see a Resistance Line on a Buy Imbalance and a Support Line on a Sell Imbalance.

I am surely missing something here.

Any help / suggestion will be highly appreciated.
