This issue just started.......

Last night all was well.
okay I can't seem to link and load to Interactive Brokers.
Charts won't load.
Anybody else having this issue?

Zero issues this morning in MW loading charts from IB. Would you please provide more details about your setup: OS, MW version, etc.?

In the meantime, I wanna give you something that helped me troubleshoot in the past.

IB has three different versions of TWS: Stable, Latest, and Beta. MotiveWave is only tested to be compatible with the "Stable" version. Do you know which version you're set for? If you're not sure, click on "More Options" on the initial login screen to TWS.



Then for MW, be sure to select "Stable."

I have just removed TWS and reinstalled it.
Restarted everything and and this seems to have resolved the issue.

Thanks for getting back to me and your right I didn't include the pertinent stuff...

Running everything on a Mac and all systems (mac OS and MW)
are running the latest updated versions.

Anyway all is back and running now after the TWS reinstall.

I can confirm that using the "Stable" version of TWS resolved this issue for me
