Trade Report missing trades

My Motivewave is missing trades (they execute on Rithmic just fine, and RTrader Pro shows they were in fact executed) but Motivewave has no record of the trade. As a result my Trade Report is out of sync, i.e. it shows a position when I am flat, and the P/L stats are incorrect.

Has anyone else seen this type of issue?

(Version is 6.9.3, broker is Rithmic/ETF)
