Tradovate can't log

Hi everybody, I ve got a Tradovate account that I trade through the pro firm Apex. I can't log in it's written my Username or password is not correct… I ve got the trial version
has someone had the problem ?

Rithmic -> Motivewave / Ninjatrade
Tradevote -> TradingView / Tradevote / Ninjatrade

PS: Try to contact Motivewave/Apex /Tradevote support to open gateway

So there's no way to trade an Apex Tradovate account? I see there is a connection for Tradovate in workspaces

If you want to trade Apex with MotiveWave you will need to choose the Rithmic account from Apex.

yes that's what I have now... it's just bugging all the time, so was thinking of switching to Tradovate.
