Unable to import specific study .jar file

Team,

I bought a third-party indicator and for some reason, this particular .jar file won't import.
This is not the first indicator I bought from this company and they all import well except for this one. The file 82KB small.
I have the Ultimate Edition version 6.9.3.

I already tried the following:

1. Redownloaded the .jar in case it was corrupted - didn't work
2. Restart MW - didn't work
3. Rebooted my computer - didn't work
4. Deleted all .jar files and re-import from Motivewave Extensions - didn't work
5. Reimported all other .jar file - this works but not the culprit

I am running out of options. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Did you check the logs to see if there were any error messages?

Are you getting any sort of error message??

I know this might sound stupid, but I had something similar happen to me and the study actually came in under a totally different category than expected. IE - It was installed correctly, I just overlooked it because it was hidden under the Studies > Overlay category.

Any chance that could be the case?
