Volume Imprint Study No show on trial version?

Recently I have just registered for your free trial but when I go to look for your Volume Imprint study it does not show up under the list of All Studies. Is there a Volume Imprint.jar file that I have to import to see this study?

No it should be automatically listed under Studies > Volume Based.

When you are within the trial period it should be the Ultimate Edition. Have you verified you have that by going to Help > About and looking to see that it has not switched to the Community Edition?

Yes the version is the Community Edition and still doesn’t show up under the menu of “All Studies”

If it says you are running the community edition then you will not have Volume Imprint. Community Edition is the free version (Not the trial) and options are very limited.

If you think you should be still within your 14 day trial period I would contact the sales department and ask them for help.
