Hi, I'm about to publish an update which allows you to set the RTH session to any custom timeframe, so you'll be able to use one instance of the indicator to plot IB extensions for asia (depending how you define it) and London sessions.

As for the high low mid, this indicator doesn't plot those, but you could use a 2nd instance of the indicator and set the IB range to the whole session, in which case the 0, 50 & 100 fib values would be equal to the low, mid and high of the current session.

That said I could add the OHLC values and session open/close to the indicator in a future update, or release a custom OHLC to cover that.
