What does the Up@Bid and Down@Ask on Cumulative Delta mean?

Just want to know what it means and what it's a sign of? Like does Up@Bid indicate bullish move? I've attached a photo for reference. Thank you.

Up@Bid = Positive price candle but negative bar delta.
Down@Ask = Negative price candle but positive bar delta.
