The chart some time freez and i have to restart or Update work space .i have Xenith As data provider this error shows up often, can someone Please give me advices or has an idea
your using it from Metastock right? I would also double check the symbol as their can be slightly different. Like a lot of their equity symbols are follow by a .O - Like AAPL.O or a SNAP.K etc but reaching out to them would be your best bet. I used them a long while back & i never had issues as long as the symbol was right.
