My primary screen is RTH ES. Is it possible in MW to have the 60m bar start on the half hour mark? In other words, the first 60m bar runs from 9:30-10:30.

That would be tricky to accomplish. You can play with Intraday Bars settings.

No, the last bar can be either 330-400 or 330-430. First bar,930-1030. Second 1030-1130 etc
