Any Fix for Blurry Charts on v7?

I used v7 for a little and it was super blurry and it looks so bad I had to go back to 6.9.12. I assumed it would be fixed by now and paid for updates but it still blurry. on wicks and outlines there's like an anti-aliasing affect that makes it look so bad and it's super annoying

Does anyone know how to fix this?

There is a setting named Appearance under the option menu on the start screen. I have played with the Font size and that has solved partially some of the issues, namely the text distortion I had. I'm still of the opinion MW6 is sharper but at least MW7 is usable now. Unfortunately again it took hours of testing and scratching my head without any help from support.
