auto-update doesn't work

Hi,

My software is set to auto-update every time when I start. But it doesn't do the job as requested. How can I invoke the update process manually?

When you close the platform, it checks online to see if there are updates. A pop-up window then asks you if you would like to install the update or not.

So all you would need to do is close and reopen the platform

thanks, but that's the thing that doesn't work. Nothing happens when I restart the app. I need to find a way to invoke the updater manually.

Simply download the latest version from the site and run the installer.

This way the latest version will be installed over the older version already present.

And don't worry: your settings will be saved
