You should double check your login credentials or contact your broker. Have you signed the Rithmic agreement before the first login? Does the rTrader work?
 
Yes, rTrader is working. I'm using my apex account. It was working but now the error keep popping up.

You should try this
Contact your FCM/IB to check permissions.
Double-check your login credentials.
Ensure firewall/antivirus isn't blocking the connection.
Make sure MotiveWave is up-to-date.
Restart your computer and router.
