CQG trial data error

Hello, I currently have the trial for motive wave ultimate edition and CQG data for 14 days.
Everything went well to connect except I get this error :

This error makes it so I cant have any data load on motive wave...
I would really appreciate if someone knows how I can fix this

The instrument needs to be allowed on the broker side. This is not the platform issue.
