is there something im doing wrong with preferences or settings? when I draw a box over previous day value area, draw it to the tick on high and low with rectangle tool, next time I open mw it is slightly off by as much as 6 ticks or more, the TPO used to draw over would be set to RTH data only, not using historical.
but a similar thing happens when trying to use the VWAP draw tool to attempt isolate volume events in some cases 4+ months out; I draw these from the specific data/bar/time, plots as it should to current date on @ES or any continuous contract ticker, save all, save configuration, then when opening same chart again, the anchor is now from a different place around originally chosen time and plot is completely off
I have at least some understanding on mw historical data through their own CQG source, I am using Rithmic for futures, my tick day look back at moment is set to 50 days, in the past I've had it as high as 500 days in attempt for use with long term VWAP volume bars. But this plot issue is consistent no matter the tick day look back from my experience.
