Enter a list of support and resistance prices and automatically put on chart?

I get a list of support and resistance numbers sent to me everyday and would love if I could just copy and past them into my chart. In trading view someone made an indicator(study in motive) that you put on your chart and there are two boxes you copy and paste support and resistance levels.

If nobody has heard of something like this, does someone have a resource that I could learn how to "code" this. I know nothing about coding but would love this to be made. Thanks for any info!!
