Hello everyone,
I have the paid version of Motivewave and have run into an issue when trying to log into my Rithmic accounts from my MacBook Pro (M1). My MacBook was working perfectly with my Rithmic accounts but now those accounts will no longer connect and I get an error (see attached). I have tried a fresh install, erased all my workspaces, double checked my username/password (manually typing them), yet the error message still persists. Motivewave loads just fine when I connect to TD. I have also tried to connect to Rithmic from inside the application after getting it to load using TD (no go). My Desktop version of Motivewave works perfect and loads just fine using my Rithmic accounts. Not sure what else to try. Anyone have any recommendations?
