heatmap background

hi all.. im newbie .. can someone help me .. my heatmap XauUsd 500ms does not have bookmap background..

i follow the setup setting from youtube.. i think yes.. tick data

i would double check with whoever you are getting the data from as it seems like a data issue to me.

well you have ask whoever you are using for your data feed? i would email their support & ask them? Who is your data provider that you connect to MW or are you using a brokers data feed?

im using FXCM broker

you will have to email them & ask them but i think you need tick data
