Hello everyone, Greetings. I am here to ask you to help me with certain issues related to the trial version of MotiveWave. I initially requested the 14-day trial with GFF broker, completed the process and MW sent me an email saying that I would be given access to the ultimate version of the platform with a license. When I installed the platform, at the time of configuring it I noticed that it had some issues, one of which is that it does not allow me to configure the graphs in range instead of time, it also has order flow records and other things. When I saw that the platform with these issues is useless to me, I proceeded to contact MW support and they sent me an email saying that I should request help here, because the version of the platform that I have installed is the community version. Having said that, could you help me at least to be able to configure the graph with range candles and have the order flow features available? Thank you in advance for your collaboration.

Range bars are under right click the chart and chart settings - bar settings.
When it comes to order flow, order flow can be a array of things, you need to be more specific, also the community edition is limited on features.

No, my friend, it doesn't work... it seems that for my version of the platform those options don't exist. I tried all possible ways. That's why I'm coming to this forum to see what could be happening.

Range bars are not available on the community edition... You need to have at least the Order Flow version to be able to display them.

Appears the problem is, you got community edition license, while having been promised ultimate edition (assuming you entered your license key correctly). Reply back to the person who told you you're on community edition with your first screenshot and ask to clarify. From what I recall, the trial is always ultimate as they want you to try all their features
