How do I download Motivewave to a new computer when I am a community edition user?

I am using the community edition of Motivewave, but had to get a new pc. When I downloaded Motivewave to the new pc it asks me for the license key. I put in the key number I had, but it will not let me continue with the set up. When I put in a request for a new license key, I get a message I must consent to receive a motive wave email. I have not got an email from Motivewave. Then when I go to register again, I get a message saying that email is already in use. What do I do ?

The Motivewave edition on the new PC must be the same as on the old PC otherwise you will be prompted for a new license. Also too, the appropriate security updates must be installed respective of the running operating system. For example, Windows 7 requires 4 kb files security updates installed, otherwise Motivewave will not complete the installation.
