Hi, we don't have any emails in our Sales or Support inbox from the email address you used for your forum account and that email address is not in our system as a free trial or a paid profile. We can't cancel a lease from a forum post.

Please email sales@motivewave.com from the email address you used to purchase and we can cancel your lease promptly.

As far as the function of the DOM and the Heat map, there are a lot of settings/preferences you can customize. I would recommend contacting support@motivewave.com so that they can help you select the settings/preferences to fit what you're looking to do.

I'm gonna end keeping it and using it for charting and my other platform for execution. Footprint/TPO on it is really good, and my execution platform does not have a quote board, so i will use it for that as well!
