Hello all,
I tried updating to version 7 at the end of last year from version 6 but I could not for the life of me sort out resolution issues. I'm on Mac OS (Mac mini M2). I tried everything support suggested with no progress. I ended up giving up and just using version 6 which I have no issues with. However, I am now trying to connect to a prop firm today (Lucid) which is only available on version 7 which is still blurry. My support ran out 2 months ago so I can't get the newest version 7 released recently.
So my first question is did anyone else have any issues and did you find a way around it? And second, if you did have issues did updating to the most recent version 7 fix the issue?
I can technically pay for another year of support if this version fixes my issues. The prop firm I use also provides a free key for Motivewave Orderflow edition but as I used the same email for both, apparently I have to cancel my current license with Motivewave (Lifetime) to be able to access a new license. The issue with this is two fold. One, Motivewave support now won't respond, they just send an automated email and two, if I somehow managed to get it cancelled and lose access to my lifetime License its highly likely it'll still be blurry and then I won't have access to version 6 which I use everyday.
Any ideas or advice would be awesome because I'm in quite the pickle.
