MotiveWave won't install on my Windows 10 PC.

Hello. Attached is the error message I get when I attempt to install MotiveWave for Windows. My Windows 10 PC meets (and exceeds) the system requirements and I am running the latest Java version. Is anyone familiar with this situation? If so, please let me know how I can solve this frustrating problem. Thanks.

Sorry to hear it but I would email support & try to be patient for a response. I’ve never had that happen myself. Hopefully it gets resolved in a timely manner.

It looks like the issue is related to the Java Accessibility API. Here are a few steps to fix it:

Update to the latest Java version.
Reinstall the Java Access Bridge from the Oracle website.
Disable accessibility properties:
Go to jre/lib.
Open or create accessibility.properties.
Add assistive_technologies=.
If these don't work, try running MotiveWave as an administrator or reinstalling it.
