Not able to log in on weekends?

Just switched to Motivewave connected to my tradovate account. I noticed I'm not able to open up my motivewave platform right now (friday 4:30pm) as I usually like to analyze the market when i have time after work. Is it because the market is closed so perhaps the platform is going through maintenance? If anyone knows, please let me know! Just want to be assured there's no problem with the account itself.

I've been using the platform for 6+ years. Never seen such behavior. Is there an error message? It's an application it starts every time you run it.

For what it is worth; I sometimes also have a hard time logging in right after the close on Friday. I have a Rithmic data feed and was told they do maintenance over the weekend.

Normally if I give it an hour or two and try it again I will be able to log in.

Not exactly a solution - But at least you know you are not alone
