Load ES. Enter in the playback 11/1/17 on the daily chart. It then displays, if anything, that no data is available for that date even though it isn't even 5 years ago and there is obviously at least daily data. This is after the lower bar is greyed out and you get a spinning wheel for a while.
How do you correct this so that it just plays back the tick data that should be available for the entirety of the contract products history?
