Question for full-on MW-SDK-wizzards: how to program this ?

I would like to use the SDK to program an extra 'component' (it would be a standalone component, not attached to a study) that allows me to draw lines at fixed intervals from a starting point that I choose (either above or below that starting point, depending on market conditions).



Please consider the above example:

1. I would look for the last bottom
2. I would then select my newly programmed, shiny, extra component
3. I would either click on the bottom (that red wick at 108.427) or drag it to a chart
4. The extra component would draw horizontal lines at fixed intervals (13 pips, 21 pips, 34 pips, ....) above that bottom

Right now I have a Fibonacci preset that I have to expand to 1000 pips, so it draws the lines at those intervals, but this is cumbersome.
I have no idea how to start programming this, and would be very grateful to anyone who could provide a nudge in the right direction

edit: someone suggested copy/pasting the 1000-Fib from one chart to the next, but that it seems copy pasting across charts is not possible
