had issues today with TPT Rithmic connection, I am simultaneously connected to TPT, Lucid and a personal account, TPT and Lucid being Rithmic connection, I also have r-trader open to monitor pos, drawdown and dashboard specifically for TPT because of their "unique" history.

so first few orders today received error in mw with tpt, did not experience with lucid, but then after no resting orders existing or brackets, random single lots began executing and added to tpt pos, ended up closing out all pos, then 8 minutes later, again with no open orders resting, a -17 lot executes, immediately closed this, reviewed r-trader pro and it shows a "failed order" for -17 lot to previously cover pos earlier as well the same order size used to cover the order so this would be that failed order executing at a later time almost 15 minutes later and while all orders have been cleared from my queue. I don't understand. this would be considered a "counter trade" and would be destructive if had other accounts open with tpt. so why or how is this being done? there is nothing else I can do to have a clear order queue when crap like this executes out of thin air.

anyone else with similar issues? far as I can tell this only happens with TPT Rithmic (take profit trader)

I have experienced that similar issue where phantom orders suddenly execute when I thought I am flat and have had discrepancies in quantities.. I wish I could give more detail on it but there's so many different issues that start coming up when running multiple Rithmic connections. It is very frustrating and wild to be in when you're running a trade copier for multiple accts.

I assume you are running one of your props through the Rithmic WS Beta? I run my Lucid through that connection and my personal AMP through the native Rithmic connection.

Are you using ATM brackets on your order entry for whichever connection uses the Rithmic WS Beta? I ask because the only way I don't have the screwy stuff happen when trading through that connection is by not running the ATM brackets with stops / take profits attached. I have to manually add separate orders for where my take profit and stops are.. of course, this then presents a separate issue where one triggering won't cancel the other as they are separate orders and not a bracket... definitely not a great solution but it is something that has worked for me so far..

MotiveWave support will just suggest not using Rithmic WS beta connection but I don't see the option to have multiple native rithmic connections under one workspace. Whenever I have tried adding an additional rithmic connection after the native connection, WS beta is the only option that remains.

I have custom exit strategies I will use if/when marketing in and turned on with either trade panel or dom or if I want to "attach", these are set deploy from "last price" but in any case brackets or resting limits would show in my order panels always displayed on screen (especially when using online prop firm). I use multiple prop firms, unfortunately this issue thing only exists with TPT and at same time when bringing to TPT attention they accuse me of using ATM and its my fault and they refuse to communicate with Rithmic since it is a genuine issue. If it was a Motivewave issue why does it only happen with TPT accounts?
