I noticed that once i open a copy of a chart, the candlesticks look different compared to each other. The prices are accurate, just shapes of candlesticks are different sometimes. Anyone know how to fix this?
Yes, i use tick charts. It looks off on footprint charts as well. If you get a follow up from support, i eould appreciate it if you let me know as well ?

I did get the follow up. Just wanted to be sure that it was the case with tick and volume charts, since those are the chart types affected.
I hope this isn't an issue for support by relaying their answer, but according to them, its normal and expected, due to "broker live feed" and then the historical data, and when the "live data" is loaded/started.
Yeah mine too. Weird thing is, some days its accurate. Other days it isn't. I appreciate both of your help so far and will update as well once i play around with it this weekend
The Inconsistency could be related to your feed as well. Realtime tick vs historic one.
At some point of my trading career I was paying attention to such nuances and it drove me nuts. Late on I realized that it is not critical at all and wasn't worth my time. The market is inconsistent to begin with and far from being perfect
