Unknown (price level) Alerts since upgraded to 6.9.11

Alerts keep popping up on $NQ and $ES on some levels during both ETH & RTH sessions. I don't why/where these coming
from. Visually, I don't have any alerts setup.

Is there a way to clear them? Right clicking on price axis and clicking cancel all alerts did not help.
 
You will need to go into the java file and remove them manually. Its a bug. I had to the the same. Look at the log to figure out what is the title
and then find the java file that contain alert. This is not a precise solution but it is something like that. I am not a programmer so. I had to find myself to remove the alarm that were triggering but were not existing in the alarm window. Somehow they remain active and need to be remove from the java file. I don't know which file exactly though. The name. I guess it would be call alerts. java
