Does anyone know how to change the watchlist parameters in MotiveWave from for example %Change, % Day Range to weekly measurements? For example, %Change for the week and %Range for the week. Thank you!

I was somewhat intrigued by your question, so I investigated a little closer.
I do not think such a thing is possible at the moment, by using the 'standard' MW tools.

However, it should not be too hard to program a Study that calculates these values for you, and then have them plotted into an extra, custom column in your watchlist.

I did something similar as a proof of concept:
